Job Summary
The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. This role is instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to understand their vehicle issues and explain the necessary repair work
- Prepare cost estimates for labor and parts
- Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely and proper completion of repair work
- Inform customers about the status of their vehicle and any additional services required
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts provided
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (AUR30620) or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in a similar role in the automotive industry will be highly regarded.
