Job Summary
We are currently looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the operations on a construction site. They will manage workers, ensuring that they are doing their job safely and satisfactorily. Additionally, they will also be responsible for the overall safety and efficiency of the site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and organize construction workers and other onsite staff
- Ensure the construction site is safe and free of hazards
- Oversee the performance of all trade contractors and ensure their work is executed in accordance with the project plan
- Manage and direct the workflow of the construction project
- Coordinate with project manager and other construction professionals
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have a Certificate III in Carpentry & Joinery (CPC32011) and a Certificate III in Carpentry (CPC30220). Previous experience in a supervisor role in the construction industry would be an advantage.
